Routers

Our router range is aimed at Cape and national workshops cutting board, plastics, composites, and selected non-ferrous sheet. From Somerset West, we supply machine configurations that match table size, spindle duty, dust extraction, and the power available on site.

G1325 Cell

G1325 Cell suits workshops processing full sheets where repeat nesting, vacuum hold-down, and guarded loading matter day after day. It is commonly specified for melamine board, MDF, plywood, and signage substrate, with checks around pump performance, spoilboard condition, and dust flow before production starts.

Desktop Router

Desktop Router fits smaller parts, prototyping, fixture work, and education benches where a compact footprint matters more than sheet throughput. Typical jobs include engraving plastics, cutting thin timber panels, and drilling light aluminium pieces with careful feeds, cutter choice, and clamping.

Co2 Laser

Co2 Laser remains useful alongside routers when the work calls for fine engraving, acrylic edges, paper products, or thin non-metallic sheet. Workshop setup usually centres on extraction, lens cleanliness, cooling stability, and material tests before committing a batch.

Profile Cutter

Profile Cutter covers plate and profile work where routed sheet furniture is not the job and thermal cutting is the better fit. Buyers usually focus on bed size, consumables, cut thickness, and how the machine will sit with drawing prep and downstream fabrication.

Vacuum Table

Vacuum Table performance depends on spoilboard surfacing, gasket layout where used, and keeping leaks under control across the sheet. In Cape conditions, operators often need to watch moisture movement in MDF spoilboards and the effect it has on hold-down consistency.

Laser Lens Kit

Laser Lens Kit is a wear-and-service item that affects beam quality, cutting edge finish, and engraving sharpness on a CO₂ setup. Routine attention goes to lens contamination, correct orientation, nozzle cleanliness, and keeping spare optics packed away from dust.

Router Spindle

Router Spindle selection changes what the machine can hold for long shifts, from nested board cutting to heavier tool changes and deeper passes. Key points include collet condition, bearing noise, cooling method, and matching spindle power to the cutter sizes used in the shop.

Control Upgrade

Control Upgrade can modernise an older router where the mechanics are still sound but the interface, I/O, or reliability have become limiting. Most conversations centre on motion smoothness, homing repeatability, backup settings, and whether the existing drives and sensors stay in place.

Dust Kit

Dust Kit matters on routers cutting MDF, chipboard, plywood, and composites where airborne dust quickly reaches rails, racks, and electrical enclosures. A useful setup looks at hood design, hose routing, extraction volume, and the fine dust load common in dry inland workshops.

Training Day

A practical training day for South African router floors, built around real workshop use and handover.

Service Visit

A practical service visit for South African router workshops that need on-site fault finding and machine checks.

Spare Pack

Spare Pack is built around the consumables and failure points that most often stop a router during ordinary production. Shops usually keep collets, switches, belts, sensors, filters, and selected electrical items on hand so minor faults do not become a long machine standstill.

Coastal Pack

Coastal Pack focuses on salt air, moisture, and corrosion points that usually appear once the machine settles into daily use.

Highveld Pack

Highveld Pack focuses on dry dust, heat, and airflow issues that often appear once regular cutting becomes the norm.

Night Shift

Night Shift covers unattended production risks, repeat-job checks, and morning-start issues that appear during after-hours running.

Export Week

Export Week focuses on crating, documentation, handling, and machine checks that matter before a unit leaves for its destination.

Training Day X

Training Day X deals with the setup issues, toolpath habits, and operator questions that surface after the first steady production week.

Spares Bridge

Spares Bridge focuses on the key replacement parts and machine details needed to keep stoppages from turning into long delays.
